Bay watch Hunks & Eye Surgery
I’m talking about the original and hunkiest of them all- David Hasselhoff, who has been receiving his fair share of attention lately for all his woes.
The German star just got back from an eye surgery performed on Monday at an LA hospital. Whether he had an eyelid surgery Beverly Hills as an aftermath to a face-lift surgery Pasadena or just a simple operation is not known.
The former Bay watch actor has been on and off in the news for a possible alcohol addiction and was even rumored to have had a stint with rehab. With the difficult divorce procedure he is undergoing I can see where this seems to be headed.
Hasselhoff may not have had an eyelid surgery Newport Beach but he admits to having a shot of Botox every now and then. As long as he keeps up with the occasional shot he shouldn’t be too bad off.
However, a lot of people would prefer to go in for something more long term and organized like an eyelid surgery California. Depending on skin elasticity, the effects of a blepharoplasty Beverly Hills are known to last from several years to more.
Have you been thinking of an eyelid surgery Los Angeles lately? Step in at the Plastic Surgery Institute of California for a check up and further advice.

Under the Knife One Too Many Times
Plastic surgery can sometimes be beneficial to people. It provides a quick solution for people who have far too much meat on the bones for their own good. It can help people overcome horrible accidents by covering up the physical remnants of those events. It can sometimes even help a person overcome social anxiety by boosting their self-esteem. However, there is a darker side to plastic surgery. It is a dark side that is both deeply rooted in a person’s mental health and capable of utterly destroying someone. Plastic surgery patients can sometimes develop the dark side of cosmetic augmentation, known as body dismorphic disorder. In some circles, this problem is known simply as “surgical addiction.”
People with this particular problem may not come across as having anything wrong about them. At least, they don’t appear to be so at first. It will take more than just one or two surgical procedures to achieve a person’s “perfect body.” This is because the body needs to be given time to heal after a procedure, and having multiple procedures done at one time can be disastrous. However, the problem for people with body dismorphic disorder is that they are psychologically incapable of achieving the “perfect body.” The alignment of their mental health is askew such that there will always be something about their physical appearance that needs to be fixed.
There are several factors that can lead a person to develop body dismorphic disorder. A number of these factors can stem from the person’s mental health or environment. Factors such as an anxiety disorder or dissatisfaction with the effects of weight loss pills may not always cause problems to occur. It can be safely assumed that body dismorphic disorder is an extreme reaction to the above examples, however. This, combined with the mental health effects of being exposed to the “physical ideal” of the media, can lead to a person developing this “addiction.” The problem with this “addiction” is that it is not always a simple matter to detect the problem in a patient at the early stages.
The main sign that someone has the disorder is that their mental health is always telling them that there is something wrong with their body. However, differentiating this from simple dissatisfaction with a person’s physical appearance can sometimes be difficult early on. A woman who goes to a plastic surgeon for a breast augmentation procedure may or may not have the disorder. In most cases, a patient who goes to a plastic surgeon regularly for a variety of strictly cosmetic procedures might be labeled as having the disorder. However, just because someone is obsessive about achieving the “perfect form” does not automatically mark that person’s mental health as being questionable.
In some cases, the procedures need not be different from one another. There are stories of people in counseling because were sent there because they developed an “addiction” to liposuction. The mental health issues brought about by of this disorder can sometimes take a back seat to the physical health concerns. Other concerns include what this disorder can do to a person’s relationships. Finally, there is the concern that some plastic surgeons might not warn patients when they have had too many procedures.
Excessive cosmetic surgery can put the body at serious risk, particularly if only a single area has been targeted. Excessive work on the nasal areas can eventually cause the nasal cavity to collapse, rendering that area damaged beyond repair. An addiction to liposuction, when combined with poor eating habits, can ruin the digestive tract and forever distort the patient’s physical frame.
The emotional toll this can take on the people around the patient must also be considered. Plastic surgery is not a cheap thing, and having multiple procedures done within a short span of time can drastically strain a person’s finances. Aside from that, most people with this disorder tend to push their loved ones away by ignoring their pleas to stop. In one instance, a wife alienated her husband and children after she sold their house to finance “just one last liposuction.” It is an extreme example, but it is a distinct possibility.
There also has to be a set limit on just how far plastic surgery offices can actually go to accommodate their clients. It can be difficult to discern whether or not a person actually needs to undergo cosmetic surgery, with the standards of beauty being so subjective. When does “just another nose job” turn into “one nose job too many”?

Clinical Negligence Claims in the UK
Medical negligence is where doctors or any other professional in the medical profession have been found in breach of a duty of care. For example if a doctor failed to diagnose a medical condition or diagnosed the wrong condition this would be classed as medical negligence.
Doctors, dentists, midwives, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists and psychiatrists all have “duty of car” to ensure their patients receive the correct treatment in a proper ethical manner. If you or someone feels that they incurred an injury or suffered emotionally because one of these medical professionals not doing their job probably then you maybe able to make a medical negligence claim against them or the organization they work for. Maybe the treatment you received went wrong in which case the treating doctor is required by his governing body the “General medical Council” to inform the patient that the treatment went wrong. At the very least you are entitled to an explanation.
Injuries such as these can arise out of for example, cancer treatment, accident and emergency treatments, anesthetics, cardiothoracic surgery, cardiology, gastroenterology, oncology, keyhole surgery, mental health, neurosurgery, obstetrics and gynecology, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pediatrics, plastic surgery, psychiatry, sterilization, urology, dentistry, vascular surgery and the list goes on. Also if you or a family member suffered brain damage or psychological injuries like nervous shock or the worst scenario death these are fine examples of medical/clinical negligence.
It is not just patients of the NHS, those who were treated in private hospitals as private patients will also be able to claim for breach of contract if your medical treatment was substandard.
Claiming financial compensation for clinical or medical negligence can be quite a lengthy and complex matter. Because of which it is paramount that you enlist the help of a professional personal injury specialist. If this puts you claiming it shouldn’t. When someone claims for personal injuries (compensation) for a road traffic accident it is generally easy for your personal in jury lawyer to establish who was at fault and whether the injuries were due to that accident. If the accident wasn’t your fault, and your injuries were obviously related to the accident (like whiplash), you will have a strong case. With claims against the medical profession the claimant will need to obtain medical records and get statements to prove that:
That there were serious errors in your medical treatment which no competent doctor would have made
The doctor or other healthcare professional owed a duty to take care of the claimant and not cause injury
There was a breach of that duty to take care
That breach of duty has caused harm to the claimant
Damage or other losses have resulted from that harm
Claiming compensation for clinical/medical negligence is your civil and legal right. Without claiming you could be putting someone else at risk. Sadly it take unfortunate situations like a medical error of judgment to occur for people in the medical profession to wake up and make changes to their practice to ensure this type of malpractice doesn’t happen again.

Men Are Grooming With Varied Plastic Surgery Options
More and more men are getting plastic surgery as a way of improving their appearance. The male grooming market, which has expanded to $3.5 billion, proves that men do care about their appearance. Before any man decides to get plastic surgery, they should research the procedure and make sure they chose a qualified plastic surgeon.
Many men are looking to plastic surgery to maintain a more youthful appearance. Unlike women, who seem to be interested in plastic surgery in their late 30s, many males have been getting treatments later, usually in their 40s, 50s and 60s. Many males believe that plastic surgery will help them advance at work. Others believe that it will help them find a significant other. Regardless of their reasoning, plastic surgery is growing for men.
Most of the males get nose reshaping, to fix a misshapen nose while others get hair transplantation to eliminate baldness. Others get eyelid treatment to fix fine lines and wrinkles while some males get liposuction to eliminate fat in unwanted places. Finally, many men get breast reduction treatment to have a more defined chest. This new procedure allows men to have pectoral implants. Botox injections are becoming more popular with men as they try to eliminate wrinkles and fine lines.
All candidates should get a consultation before the treatment. During the consultation, the patient should ask for information that specifically details the procedure they are considering. The doctor should inform the patient that the procedure for some surgeries can vary greatly based on the patient’s healing, and the outcome is never completely predictable. The size, nature and extent of an injury or unpleasant feature can determine what treatment option is chosen and how quickly the procedure will be performed.
The specifics of the treatment will also be determined by your physician based on your age, overall health and medical history. Also playing a part is the extent of the corrections desired and your tolerance to specific medications, procedures, or therapies. The patient should also ask the doctor to explain any part of the procedure that may seem unclear or risky. Finally, the patient may want to ask the doctor for any references from patients who have had the treatment. Remember that reconstructive procedures frequently demand complex planning and may require a number of procedures done in stages.
Recovery time for reconstructive procedures can be a bit longer than with cosmetic ones, and there may be a greater risk of complications. When reconstructive surgery is performed by a qualified plastic surgeon, complications are infrequent and usually minor with the recovery time typically being minimal. Everyone heals at a different rate and plastic surgeons usually cannot pinpoint an exact date of full recovery following surgery. They can, however, give you a general idea of when you can expect to notice the improvement.
Patients undergoing the surgery may be more at risk of complication. Some complications associated with reconstructive plastic surgery may include infection, bleeding, and bruising. Risk of complications may increase if a patient smokes, has skin damage from radiation therapy, decreased circulation, HIV, an impaired immune system, or poor nutritional habits. If the individual chooses a reputable doctor and follows all of the instructions, then the chances of complications severely decrease.

Dating Advice For Men #1: Your Looks DO Matter
When it comes to the topic of looks with women, most guys are usually clueless and confused. They tend to think in extremities: you either need to look like Brad Pitt to pick up decent looking women, or you can look like a homeless and still get laid.
The truth is in-between.
I’m sure you have seen model-looking guys with hot women and thought she must have only been with him because of his looks. On the contrary, you might have also seen butt-ugly guys with the hottest girls, which left you wondering. To understand the situation better, let’s talk about the details of your first interaction with a girl.
As psychologists say, people will have formed a firm opinion about you within the first 30 seconds or 1 minute of meeting you. This is especially true for women. How can you make a good impression on people? With your looks and with your attitude. (body language, eye-contact, words)
And here comes the most protected dirty little secret of seduction gurus:
When a woman checks you out, she will not look at your face. She will look at your shoes and check whether they are polished or not. She will look at your nails and see if they are long or dirty. She will look at your clothes to see whether they are clean or not, how they go together with your image/personality and what they communicate. Having a style that is also consistent with your personality is one of the most important things.
You are a man and you will look at a girl’s breasts, check out her ass and see if she has a baby face. But women always look at the big picture and the way you come off from the first second of meeting you. She will picture herself in her head with you together and think what people would say about her if she went out with you.
Women are self-validation junkies, they are constantly looking for the approval of other people and you will be another piece of this puzzle as well. Girls don’t want a man on their side who doesn’t know how to look or behave.
Thus the first step towards improving your success is fixing your looks.
You might say that your looks is something you can’t change. This is dead wrong. You don’t need plastic surgery to improve your looks by at least 2 points on a scale from 1 to 10. All you need is to be neat, tidy and to have some style.
If you have big red acne on your face, get proper treatment. If your hair is greasy and long, wash it and get a stylish haircut. If you dress like a nerd, go to the local shopping center and get some new clothes. You don’t have to spend a million bucks on clothes; style doesn’t mean dressing expensively, it means dressing fashionably. If you are too thin, put on some muscle. If you are fat, get on a diet.
Do you catch what I’m saying? Just by taking care of yourself a little bit, you can leave a much better impression on people and the women you interact with.
To summarize it, your looks matter as long as you don’t care about it. As soon as you get that handled, girls won’t care whether you look like Brad Pitt or not. As long as you have the proper attitude of course. And that is what I’ll talk about in my next article. Stay tuned.
And if you can’t wait or just don’t want to, check out my book

What is scar revision surgery?
Scars -whether they’re caused by accidents or by surgery- are unpredictable. The way a scar develops depends as much on how your body heals as it does on the original injury or on the surgeon’s skills. Many variables can affect the severity of scarring, including the size and depth of the wound, the blood supply to the area, the thickness and color of your skin, and the direction of the scar. How much the appearance of a scar bothers you is, of course, a personal matter. While no scar can be removed completely, plastic surgeons can often improve the appearance of a scar, making it less obvious through the injection or application of certain steroid medications or through surgical procedures known as scar revisions.
